Happy (almost) Valentine's Day AND Galentine's Day! Traditionally celebrated on February 13th, Galentine's Day honors and celebrates the love between gal pals, girlfriends, soulmates, besties - whatever you call your friends.
Because this year I can't celebrate with my gals in person, I decided to throw a Galentine's Day celebration virtually on Instagram. The idea started when Kristina from The Eyre Effect texted me saying she wanted to do something fun to collaborate for Valentine's.
It got me thinking and then I spotted this beautiful Valentine-y Caterina dress from Collectif hanging in my closet and knew we needed to include more ladies and have a virtual celebration.

I am so glad I got to style this outfit for this virtual celebration. I already own a few Caterina dresses from Collectif and was so pleased to snag this pink one in the recent sale. It just SCREAMS Valentine's Day, doesn't it?
And how cute is this candy heart brooch from Lillian Madison? When she shared its release on her Instagram, I immediately hopped over to her site and snagged this pink one with this dress in mind! It is the perfect match and I am glad to finally have a Valentine's Day brooch. I KNOW! How did I not have one before now!?
