Meet Me in the Clouds (Unique Vintage Dolly Dress)
This dress and this post is kind of a funny story. A story of bad luck vs. fate. Let me begin by saying that I never expected my eyes to land on this beauty of a dress from Unique Vintage this summer.
Now, let's rewind to July. For my birthday celebration, I didn't want to do much but spend time with Cody and Red. We decided to do something together, a double date for Cody, myself, Red, and her fiance, Jimmy.

Sunflower Siesta (Voodoo Vixen Adelyn Dress)
You know how sometimes you see a dress come out and think "that's cute but I so cannot buy one more thing right now" and after that you sort of forget about it?
I admit it happened with this Adelyn dress from Voodoo Vixen. I totally DID forget about it - though I don't know how with it's bold colors and adorable pom-pom trim! Out of sight, out of mind, I guess!

Grab a Slice (ModCloth Sweet Spot Skirt)
Ever since That Day That Shall Not Be Mentioned in the ModCloth universe (aka ModCloth being sold to Jet.com, a Walmart company), I haven't spent much time on their site or buying much from them. To be fair, I didn't choose to do this because of the sale. I actually haven't bought too much from ModCloth at all lately, mostly because they have been releasing less and less quirky prints and doing more and more Forever21 style clothes.

What's Sara Reading?: Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine
Eleanor Oliphant is Completely Fine. Or so the novel by Gail Honeyman claims.
I mean, she IS fine, technically. She has a steady job (one she has had for years), her own apartment, a devoted and devilishly handsome boyfriend, and talks to her mother every week like a good daughter should. Fine, right?
