The Art of the Teese: Date Night with Dita Von Teese
Back in September, Dita Von Teese tickets went on sale for her "Art of the Teese" tour in the states. Knowing it'd be a brilliant show and knowing how much I've started to enjoy burlesque shows, I immediately grabbed two tickets and told Cody we'd be going.
He didn't have much of an opinion at first (I think his first response was a hesitant "...okay") so I just told him that it was a burlesque show and not to worry about it.

Little Miss Sunshine: The Isa Brooch from Isa Duval!
Does anyone else beside me wish they had a little sidekick? You know, the same way Lizzie McGuire did - a little animated version of herself to provide witty comebacks and snarky thoughts.

Eat Your Heart Out!
Next week is Valentine's Day - I hope you're all ready! While Cody and I decided to have a low key Valentine's Day next week with homemade fondue for two, it doesn't mean I can't turn the volume up to 11 on my outfit choices leading up to the holiday.
What better way to turn it up than with an insane amount of glitter??

A Very Valentine's Picnic with the Bernie Dexter Nicole Dress
I recently suffered from one of the worst ailments a girl could ever suffer from in her life time. It's something we don't talk about enough. Some think it's embarrassing or that it makes them look bad to others. It's something we ignore and just try to pretend it isn't happening, hoping that in time, we'll just feel better and it will all be OK.
