Flowers on the Corner (Hearts & Found)

I feel like every time I look around, I see someone raving over Hearts & Found. It's not hard to imagine why - every time I see a gal in a Hearts & Found dress or skirt, it's always jaw dropping-ly adorable.

It didn't take long for me to decide that I had to order something of my own. After drooling over the beautiful fabric options and styles, I decided to gift myself a Lola skirt for Christmas. There were so many beautiful options and colors to pick from in her Etsy store but I decided to go with a color I don't have much of - orange!

Hearts & Found's skirts and dresses are custom made for your measurements so you can be sure you'll get the perfect fit. You can also decide how long you want your garment, which is convenient if you're a shorty like me and don't want to be swimming in something too long.

Most of my skirts and dresses are closer to 25" or 26" long these days so I decided to change things up and opted for a 22" length. I just knew it'd be dreamy with my shorter peach Malco Modes petticoat beneath it.

Now that I have my skirt, I can confirm that the hype is all true and quite valid. The quality is fantastic - from the wonderful lining to the softness of the fabric, from the impressive fullness of the skirt to the adorable wooden button enclosure.

Oh and did I forget to mention that it has POCKETS?!

I am just in love!

Also, Marjorie, the shop owner, is a dream to work with. She communicates every step of the process and I was never left wondering where my skirt was. Though you should expect 3-4 weeks to receive it from her location in Vietnam (depending where you are located), I was pleasantly surprised to receive mine only 2 weeks after ordering.

The fun vintage tiki cocktail decorations included in my package were a fun surprise, too!
