Unique Vintage's Dress of the Month Club: June

I'm so excited to have another Dress of the Month post to share with you! If you missed my first post in April, here's where you can catch up on the details of the subscription and see what my first dress was!

If you're thinking, hang on, it's June. What happened to May? I will admit that I didn't keep May's dress and returned it for a credit toward June's dress. It just didn't work out. I was super bummed about it and didn't want to blog about something I wasn't happy with keeping. But that's one of the awesome things about this subscription - you have the option to return!

If you dislike something, a dress doesn't fit, or you simply aren't satisfied, you have the option to send it back to Unique Vintage and apply the returned dress's credit to the next month! To me, that's a win-win.

In my case, I opted to return May's dress and got June's with May's credit. It allowed me to give the club another chance and to see if perhaps June had better luck in store for me.

I am happy to report that it worked out for the better!

After a brief moment of panic, I tore open June's package and squealed with joy. At first, all I saw was the peachy pink and a bit of floral. Already, I was happy. How can you go wrong with a pretty floral print?

This dress is just delightfully pretty. It's got a lovely 40s vibe to it - a bit different than what I typically go for - and it's so delicate and girly. I sort of love that about it! All I am missing is a long string of pearls, tied around the middle!

Made of cotton and spandex, this beauty has plenty of stretch in it. I also can't get over the adorable sleeves! I love when dresses have sleeves - it can be a challenge with my arms (my family's got chubby arms, OK?) but with the stretch and cuff on this dress's sleeves, there were so problems there! Phew!

I didn't know how the light color pallet would look with my complexion but I don't think I look to vampire-y, do I? I think it worked out all right - though a slight tan couldn't hurt!

Are you a part of the Dress of the Month Club? If so, have you been loving your dresses? Let me know!
